Range Safety Officer
As a Range Safety Officer (RSO), you're not just maintaining a safe shooting environment—you're also creating an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Our RSOs are the face of the range, setting the tone for a welcoming, safety-first atmosphere where education, courtesy, and professionalism are top priority.
The right person for this role is passionate about firearm safety, thrives under pressure, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll enforce range rules, lead safety briefings, assist shooters with equipment or technique, and be ready to step in during any emergency. You’ll also coach guests through basic safety procedures, help troubleshoot malfunctions, and always look for ways to enhance the guest experience.
Caliber Club Cook
As a Caliber Club Cook, this role is all about delivering high-quality food with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional kitchen.
The right person for this role takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and understands that presentation and execution matter just as much as taste. You’ll be responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining food safety standards, managing prep and inventory, and working closely with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest. Whether it’s a busy event day or a steady service, you’ll play a key role in making sure our Caliber Club delivers on quality every time.
Bartender
LEA Spirits Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. They provide excellent customer service, take drink orders, and make recommendations. Bartenders handle cash transactions, maintain the bar area, and manage inventory. They possess knowledge of different types of beverages and employ various techniques to create visually appealing drinks. Responsible alcohol service and collaborating with coworkers are also key aspects of their role.
Wait Staff
LEA Spirits waiters/waitresses is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or food service establishment. They greet and seat customers, take food and beverage orders, and deliver them to the tables. Our Wait Staff ensures customer satisfaction, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness and organization in their assigned sections. They collaborate with colleagues, follow health and safety regulations, and assist with customer inquiries.
Dishwasher
LEA Spirits dishwashers play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of a restaurant's kitchen. Their primary responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately. This role requires working in shifts and, occasionally, during evenings or weekends.
Barista
LEA Spirits Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee, espresso, and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. They provide excellent customer service, take orders, and make recommendations based on customer preferences. Baristas handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and maintain a clean and organized café environment. They possess knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink preparation techniques while ensuring consistency and quality. Attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork are key aspects of this role.
Cook
An LEA Spirits Cook follows recipes, executes various cooking techniques, executes menu items, maintains food quality standards, ensures kitchen organization, and manages and collaborates with other kitchen staff. Cooks should possess culinary knowledge, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
