RETAIL & TECHNOLOGY


Retail Sales Associate

Retail sales associates at Lake Erie Arms provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, helping them select firearms, accessories, and ammunition that meet their needs and preferences. They may answer questions about different types of firearms, provide information on safety practices, and guide customers through the purchasing process.


TRAINING & RANGES

Range Safety Officer

A Range Safety Officer (RSO) is responsible for maintaining a safe shooting environment at a range. They enforce safety protocols, respond to emergencies, and ensure that shooters follow range rules. RSOs provide safety briefings, manage range operations, and assist with firearm malfunctions. They maintain safety equipment, document incidents, and may offer safety education and training. 


Firearms Instructor

A firearms instructor at Lake Erie Arms is responsible for providing training and instruction on the safe and effective use of firearms. They emphasize safety protocols, teach shooting fundamentals, and educate students on firearm operation and function. Instructors help students develop marksmanship skills, provide tactical and defensive training, and educate them on legal and ethical considerations. They design training programs, supervise shooting ranges, and stay updated on industry developments.


HOSPITALITY

Client Concierge

The Client Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the reception area at Lake Erie Arms. They handle various tasks including membership assistance, answering phone inquiries, and providing support during events. The Client Concierge ensures smooth transactions with customers, assists guests with membership inquiries, updates membership databases, and resolves any related issues. They also answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and address customer inquiries or complaints. During events, the associate helps with setup, registration, and attendee support. Overall, the Client Concierge is focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.  


Cafe Staff

Our Café Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the LEA Café by taking orders, preparing and serving coffee and beverages, handling food items, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment. The role involves using various equipment, ensuring product quality and consistency, and collaborating with team members. 


Cook

An LEA Spirits Cook follows recipes, executes various cooking techniques, executes menu items, maintains food quality standards, ensures kitchen organization, and manages and collaborates with other kitchen staff. Cooks should possess culinary knowledge, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well in a team.


Event Support

In your role as Event Support, you will ensure the smooth execution of events within our Lake Erie Arms facility. Your responsibilities include setting up and tearing down event spaces promptly, flipping rooms efficiently for multiple events, and providing crucial support during event operations. The role demands attention to detail, the ability to follow event plans accurately, and the physical capability to move furniture independently. In addition to supporting event logistics, you will be responsible for maintaining organized storage areas and assisting with various tasks during events.


FACILITIES


Decontamination / Reclamation Technician

A Decontamination/Reclamation Technician is responsible for the safe removal and handling of lead-based materials or contamination to clean our state-of-the-art ranges at Lake Erie Arms. The process includes preparing the work area with containment measures, wearing proper personal protective equipment, utilizing decontamination and cleaning techniques to remove lead safely, and managing waste according to regulations. The Lead Decontamination/Reclamation Technician is also responsible for our collection and recycling of lead and brass waste. This includes safe collection, separation processes, and safe storage of both hazardous and recyclable waste. Detailed documentation and compliance with safety guidelines are essential. Specialized training is required for lead decontamination/reclamation work due to the potential health risks associated with lead exposure.


Environmental Services Technician

An Environmental Services Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall environmental quality in various spaces. Their primary job is to ensure that Lake Erie Arms facilities and spaces meet health and safety standards. They perform routine maintenance tasks to preserve the healthy and safe condition of surfaces and surroundings. This may include sweeping and mopping floors, sweeping carpets, dusting / polishing fixtures and countertops, cleaning restroom sinks/urinals/toilets, collecting/emptying trash receptacles, window, and door cleaning, and maintaining the appearance of all areas of the facility. Environmental Services Technicians adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment. They utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required to clean potentially biohazardous waste, follow proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals, follow safety guidelines and procedures for proper cleaning and waste material handling techniques of potentially hazardous materials. They communicate and collaborate with other staff members, supervisors, and facility occupants to address cleaning needs, respond to requests or complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
