Everything sells "as is" without warranty. Erie county sales tax (6.75%) will apply. All payments must be made by cash or credit/debit card. A 5% buyer's premium will be applied to payments made by credit/debit card. A complete list of auction rules will be posted at the auction.
All Federal and State laws will be followed. All firearms will be processed through Lake Erie Arms.
