Mash Bill: Our four-grain bourbon is a proprietary blend of two mash bills. A high rye (60% corn, 36% rye, 4% barley) bourbon and a high wheat (51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% barley) bourbon.
Tasting Notes: This four-grain bourbon is aged 4 years, 3 months. The nose is presents aromas of vanilla, caramel and honey. The front taste is soft and smooth, with the wheated bourbon clearly present. it then rolls into a long complex rye finish that really offers the best of both bourbons in one sip.

Mash Bill: 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% barley
Tasting Notes: Our high wheat bourbon has been barrel aged in new American Oak Barrels, #4 char, for 4 years, 11 months, and is remarkably smooth. It is non-chill filtered to ensure its exceptional flavor is preserved. The nose offers notes of brown sugar, vanilla and honey, with hints of cinnamon on the palate. The finish is velvety soft, with a suggestion of nutty caramel and a warm vanilla that lingers.

Mash Bill: 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% barley
Tasting Notes: We took an already exceptional four-year aged high-rye bourbon and aged it a second time in a heavy toast, #1 char new American oak barrel that was hand-crafted exclusively with Ohio-grown oak. The additional aging in the toasted barrel adds sweet and complex notes of toffee, brown butter, and cocoa, along with a hint of nuttiness that progresses to a finish full of oak and baking spices.

Seekers Single Barrel - NEW RELEASE 12/1/23
59% ABV/118 Proof (barrel strength)
Age: 6 yrs
Mash Bill: 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% barley
Tasting Notes: If you've never experienced a 'honey barrel', this is your chance. The bourbon in these barrels is so incredibly good, it doesn't need any help. It's bottled around 118 proof, but does not drink that hot. Very clear caramel and honey on the nose. Incredibly smooth and velvety mouth feel. It is dangerously good.
