LEVEL UP LIVE - GAME MASTER
Lake Erie Arms is expanding the fun with Level Up Live — a unique, tech-driven live-action shooting experience that uses airsoft-style training equipment, smart reactive targets, and competitive game modes. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, safety-focused, and energetic Game Master to guide guests through each session. This role includes welcoming and checking in players, leading safety briefings, explaining game rules, running the smart target systems, and keeping sessions on schedule. You’ll monitor gameplay, enforce safety procedures, reset and sanitize equipment between groups, and make sure the arena stays clean and organized. The Game Master is also responsible for basic troubleshooting, assisting with gear reloads and charging, and supporting special events, tournaments, and group bookings. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working with people, and creating a memorable guest experience, this role is a great fit.
RANGE SAFETY OFFICER
As a Range Safety Officer (RSO), you're not just maintaining a safe shooting environment—you're also creating an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Our RSOs are the face of the range, setting the tone for a welcoming, safety-first atmosphere where education, courtesy, and professionalism are top priority.
The right person for this role is passionate about firearm safety, thrives under pressure, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll enforce range rules, lead safety briefings, assist shooters with equipment or technique, and be ready to step in during any emergency. You’ll also coach guests through basic safety procedures, help troubleshoot malfunctions, and always look for ways to enhance the guest experience.
