Membership Sales Representative
Lake Erie Arms is looking for a Membership Sales Representative to help grow our community. This role is all about meeting people, sharing the benefits of membership, and making sure every member feels welcome.
You’ll focus on selling memberships, building relationships with individuals and businesses, and finding new prospects outside of our current customer base. Day-to-day, you’ll give tours, organize membership drives, and support members along the way. You’ll also manage accounts, update member information in our system, and keep waitlists and revenue records organized.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, and a team player with strong communication skills and great customer service.

AP-AR Coordinator
The AP-AR Coordinator is responsible for Assisting the Director of Accounting in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions at Lake Erie Arms. The AP–AR Coordinator will assist in payroll, vendor invoices, reconcile payments, issue checks or electronic transfers, track customer invoices, record payments, and manage relationships with vendors and customers. The coordinator also assists with financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in financial software, and effective communication skills are essential for this role. The AP-AR Coordinator's contributions ensure accurate financial transactions, timely payments, efficient collection processes, and supporting the overall financial stability of Lake Erie Arms.
